Genghis Khan HITSUJIMON Tokyo Shibuya

Meat Quality: At Hitsujimon, we use only the freshest, carefully selected chilled lamb from Australia, ensuring it is Halal-certified.

Sauce: Since our founding in 2005, our sauce has been homemade. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and savory, made with a generous amount of vegetables and fruits, and carefully selected soy sauce and brown sugar.

Grill: We use traditional Nambu Tekki cast iron grills from Iwate Prefecture. The grill’s finely textured surface ensures even cooking, resulting in perfectly grilled and delicious meat.
