All of our sauces are handcrafted in our own factory. After a period of aging, they develop a rich, smooth flavor with a deep, original spice profile.
Grilling the meat over a Shichirin with Binchotan charcoal gives it a perfect sear on the outside while keeping it tender and juicy on the inside.
