Our Wagyu Burger is not fast food, and it is not an ordinary burger.
Made with the same premium A5 Halal Wagyu we serve for yakiniku and steak, each patty is crafted to deliver a true Wagyu experience in burger form.
Finely diced Wagyu steak meat is mixed into the patty to create a rich texture, deep umami, and a satisfying bite.
The patty is smash-grilled on a hot griddle, locking in the juiciness while creating crispy, caramelized edges that bring out the natural flavor of Wagyu.
