2007年焼肉店創業時より何度もハラル和牛ラーメンを試行錯誤してきましたが、2023年ついに納得のいくものが完成しました。
濃厚クリーミーな牛白湯スープとオリジナルの辛味噌を加えたスパイシースープの2種類があります。
厳選の国産小麦を使った自家製のモチモチ中太ちぢれ麺。
そこにトッピングのA5ハラル和牛の霜降りカルビ肉と隠し味のスパイスが織りなすハラル和牛ラーメンは一度食べたら忘れられない奇跡の1杯です。

Our Wagyu Burger is not fast food, and it is not an ordinary burger.
Made with the same premium A5 Halal Wagyu we serve for yakiniku and steak, each patty is crafted to deliver a true Wagyu experience in burger form.
Finely diced Wagyu steak meat is mixed into the patty to create a rich texture, deep umami, and a satisfying bite.
The patty is smash-grilled on a hot griddle, locking in the juiciness while creating crispy, caramelized edges that bring out the natural flavor of Wagyu.
